Leading Business Incubator, Sheffield Technology Parks is proud to announce the finalists shortlisted for the inaugural STP Business of the Year Award.
The finalists including, WANdisco Inc, Oil Management Services Ltd, RC Business Support Ltd and First Aid Solutions Ltd are in the running for this prestigious award, which is judged by STP’s Board of Directors.
The finalists come from a diverse range of backgrounds: WANdisco Inc, originating from Silicon Valley in California, has recently chosen Sheffield as its UK operations base. They are a leading provider of distributed software development solutions. Oil Management Services Ltd is committed to developing and pioneering sensor technology. RC Business Support Ltd specialises in business development through corporate planning, funding, strategy, mentoring and offers a host of other services. First Aid Solutions Ltd is a unique organisation providing a high standard of training delivered by qualified operational paramedics.
The STP Business of the Year Award recognises the achievements of STP's clients who have met or exceeded their business objectives for the year, such as increasing turnover and the number of staff employed. The winner will receive a special prize package worth over £500 and a second prize will also be presented to the runner up.
The STP Business of the Year Award will be announced at STP's next 'Inspiring Event’ on Thursday 19th March at the Millennium Galleries.
Irish Marketing Genius, Stephen Brown dubbed the 'Antichrist of marketing' will be providing new thoughts on how you can market your business and gain a competitive edge in the current economic climate. With this controversial and outrageously inspiring speaker, the evening promises to be both entertaining and inspiring.
Based on his book ‘Fail Better’, Stephen will illustrate how many of the worlds foremost business people ‘failed’ their way to success.
