What do you do?
Red Splash helps ambitious entrepreneurs to develop their business by launching products; expanding in new markets or re-invigorating existing practice. We work with companies with an ambition to grow, targeting medium sized companies with a turnover between £1m to £10m. These companies are already through the start up stage and are looking to take the next step.
What stage is the company at?
Red Splash is well established in the South of England but we wanted to acquire more clients in the North so we needed a base up here. Our aim is to set up a full office of support staff in Sheffield.
Why did you choose Sheffield Technology Parks as the location for your business?
Sheffield Technology Parks was recommended to us a current occupier.
Sheffield is a great central location for working across the UK. We had discussions in a lot of areas but it was clear that South Yorkshire was an area of rapid growth and change.
There are lots of upcoming companies in this area, which is perfect for our target market and we feel that we can work alongside Sheffield Technology Parks to help other clients to move forward.

We are on the High Growth Start Up Programme with Sheffield Technology Parks. This provides funding support to help with our office set up.
It also pays for mentoring and business support from a Sheffield Technology Parks advisor, which has made it very easy to set up a northern base.
Working in close proximity with other occupiers and clients provides us with a great opportunity for networking and the possibilities to work with other businesses nearby.
